Alexander Hesselberg is the 6th generation general manager of Advokatfirmaet Hesselberg AS. The Company is Norways oldest Law firm with it`s continoues operations sins 1932. It was son of Iver Hesselberg who founded the Company – wich we assume was a consequence of interest in his father’s constitutioal work at Eidsvoll.
Alexander Hesselberg is strongly involved in the business community in Vestold and Telemark, among other things by taking missions for several companies in the regions – both organizationally and within the companies’ daily operations. He is, among others, general manager in Vestfold Flyplassinvest AS, which constitutes the private ownership shareholding in Torp Sandefjord Airport. He is general manager in Vierli Turistsenter AS and Vierli Eigedom AS, which operates with several ski centers and hotels in Rauland, Telemark.
Hesselberg also has board positions in large companies in the field of real estate, parking, construction, events, etc., where he actively participates in the company’s development and operations.
During the last 15 years, Alexander Hesselberg has been heavily involved in sports in Vestfold. He has a long time in both federal, circuit and club Level.

Anders Søtorp graduated from Law at the University in Bergen and was conferred the title of the Master of Law. Before, he worked at the Tax Office in Oslo as the legal advisor / trainee and for Langseth Advokatfirma DA, Oslo, as a legal trainee / solicitor. He obtained the solicitor’s qualifications in March 2013.

Søtorp works for individuals, organizations, and businesses from different sectors. He holds experience in cases concerning tax law, bankruptcy, insolvency, restructuring, and creditors’ agreements, collection procedures, liabilities, securities, real properties, inheritance cases and fees, contract and company law. Moreover, Søtorp is experienced in working on the division of property (between spouses and from a deceased). His focus is on consulting, assistance, and communication between parties, because according to his experience it is possible to achieve a target result without exposing a client to a long-term and costly court case. He also has experience in alternative methods of dispute resolution, including out-of-court negotiations and court mediation for individuals and the public sector. If a case cannot be resolved amicably, he also helps during a court trial. He has conducted cases both for the public sector and individuals.

Siri Nesheim has worked for Advokatfirmaet Hesselberg since June 2014, having obtained the degree of the Master of Law from the University in Bergen in 2012.

She worked as a liquidator at an insurance firm, Protector Forsikring, and in the Rental Dispute Commission in Oslo before joining Advokatfirmaet Hesselberg. As a consequence, she gained comprehensive knowledge of compensation law as well as housing rental law.

Justyna Dobrowolska has worked for Advokatfirmaet Hesselberg as a solicitor legal trainee since April 2013. Justyna comes from Poland, where she graduated from Law at the University of Gdańsk in 2009. During her studies, she worked as a consultant for Juss Buss in Gdańsk. She helps both Norwegian and Polish clients.

Maren’s previous work was as a consultant for the Appeal Commission at the Labour and Social Care Office. She acquired broad knowledge in social insurance law and administration law there. Before, she worked as a member of the creditors’ commission, which gave her experience in bankruptcy law as well. Maren assists individuals, organizations, and enterprises in diverse cases. She holds comprehensive knowledge of social insurance law and administration law. She also has experience in labour, sale, inheritance, penal, and foreigner law.
